Payment of Deposit for Appointments

We do require a $50 holding deposit for all appointments (unless specifically waived), which does need to be paid in advance to hold your appointment place.
(For first time clients with both PASS and Educational double tests booked, only ONE deposit of $50 is required for the double.)

You can pay the $50 deposit online here using a debit or credit card.
(Payment uses the company name: Epangelia PL not Irlen Clinic name)

Please Note: If you do make a direct deposit PLEASE make sure you include a NAME as a reference. We can not guarantee the matching of any funds deposited without a reference.

Also please Note: We do not get "notifications" of direct deposits, so these are not picked up and processed for 1-2 business days.

Payment Plan Arrangements for Dyslexia & Irlen Clinic

We now offer the ability for you to 'save' in advance towards your Irlen appointments, new Irlen Filters and regular Irlen Retests, by making regular payments to build up a balance that can be used to either cover, or at least help towards, the appointment cost.

There is a *Bonus* for doing this: we give a 10% *bonus* on top of any amount you have saved up this way (for more than 1 month ahead) at the appointment. eg If you have saved $300 then you get allowed $330 off your invoice at the appointment.
